I. A client is the most important person in our practice.
II. A client is not dependent upon us… we are dependent upon them.
III. A client is not an interruption of our work, but the purpose of it.
IV. A client does us a favor when they call… we are not doing them a favor by serving them.
V. A client is part of our business.
VI. A client is not a cold statistic… they are flesh-and-blood human beings with feelings and emotions like your own.
VII. A client is not someone to argue or match wits with.
VIII. A client is one who brings us their wants… it is our job to fill those wants.
IX. A client is deserving of the most attentive and courteous treatment we can provide.
X. A client is the life and blood of our practice.
